Baby girl LIPS

Our ultrasound went well today - everything is measuring normal, she is measuring 8 days ahead of schedule, so that puts her in about the 60th percentile (but they won't change your due date). I am measuring on the high end of the amniotic fluid, but not in a range where they are concerned. Of course they cannot rule out down syndrome, but everything is looking good and normal, so I think we can relax. Thank you for all your prayers, now let's just hope this baby isn't a giant - she is measuring at almost 6 lb already!!!

Daddy Day

Yesterday was daddy day for brennan's preschool - troy was devestated when he realized his press conference he lined up at the state capital was on the same day. Luckily our prayers were answered, and troy was able to make it to the last half of daddy day. Brennan was just giddy as we watched troy running up the sidewalk of the church, brennan told Kobe all about how daddy's tie was flapping in the wind!

They had a wonderful time making volcanoes, doing the "bop till you drop", and brennan pointed out and named every one of his classmates. Here is the daddy survey they took and gave to us:

Okay, so it's a little more than a baby bump - it's out of control huge!! Is this what girls do to you?? Seriously, though if you'd say a little prayer, we're having another ultrasound friday to make sure everything is still okay, and there's not a specific reason I'm measuring 2 weeks bigger. Thank you for your prayers.

Beach Day

Brennan had Beach Day at school on thursday (isn't my little beach bumm adorable?)- thank goodness it was 50 degrees this year unlike 5 degrees last year for Kobe! It was so cute to see all of them in their beachwear!!

Wow, what a month!! Kobe had dress up days for homecoming week including inside/backward day, superhero day, cartoon character day. I was honored to help out with his valentines day party on monday, and go on his field trip to the children's theatre on tuesday (thanks to my wonderful friends for watching brennan). Wow, Kobe has the life (so do I, let's be honest)!! :)

45 Anniversary

Doesn't look like an anniversary celebration?? Well, grandma and grandpa's idea of a celebration is taking US all out for dinner and a train show!! Do you think those noodles are big enough for brennan??? Seriously, 10 noodles and he was full!! Happy 45th anniversary bonnie and roger - thank you for a wonderful evening, wishing you many many more years.

WI Dells

We got a quick opportunity to hang out at Wisc Dells for the night - grandma and grandpa had an incredible room at a resort (or a condo, let's be honest) for a couple nights, and Kobe just happened to have the day off of school last friday, so it was perfect! The boys were so good, they are so easy now, even on a 3-4 hour drive by myself (thank goodness for portable DVD players and boys bladders). Thank you so much grandma and grandpa(with the tractors) for letting us come hang out and hit the water parks, it was a nice break away from home.

All Done . . .

We're all done!! Yes, it's true, after 18 mo, jett is no longer coming to our house every day. He will be missed by all of us (especially brennan). Luv U Jett.
