great greats on the lake
We had a wonderful weekend getaway at my great aunt and uncles house on Lake marion in Perham, Mn last weekend. Yes, that would make them Kobe and Brennan's GREAT GREAT aunt and uncle. They are in their eighties, but have been blessed with great health for their age - God has taken good care of them as they have devoted their life to him.
We had so much fun, this was the first trip there since we had the boys, and it was so much more fun with the kids! They also had 2 boys, so they knew exactly what things they enjoyed - pontoon rides, roasting hot dogs over the fire, chasing huge snapping turtles through their lawn, getting dirty in the sand, etc. We even were priviledged to partake in their first outdoor service this year with their new church they are trying to grow (even though their pastor is in Iraq, he joined the service via web cam). May God continue to bless them in their health and help develop their church.
